How to use ?
Cleanse your bathroom and tub. Then spiritually cleanse it with sage/ incense. Boil some water in a pot. Take about ¼ cup of herbs and set your intention with them. Take a minute to speak your intention into them. You can also write a petition with your intentions on a piece of paper. Fold the paper away 3 times and take it outside and burn it. Once your water has boiled, let it cool for one minute and add your herbs, let steep for 10-15 minutes or until water gets dark. Add this tea into another pot, or bowl with some cold water. Add Florida water, holy water, camphor etc anything extra you want. (Optional) You can add this to your mixture to your bath with water & sit in it or pour it over yourself. If you’d like to light a candle program your candle by spitting on it, speaking to it etc. Light your candle and set it by your bathtub. You can say a prayer and play ancestral music whatever you feel called. Air dry & then wear white or the lightest colors you can after this bath and go straight to bed. Do not touch people, have sex, or have many conversations. Try to keep peaceful vibes. Meditate. Stay to yourself as much as possible. Repeat this bath as needed if your energy has been very heavy you should repeat for a few days!
