How to use : Boil a pot of water (stainless steel or add in glass bowl. NO PLASTIC!!) and add ¼ cup of herbs and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Get a towel and wrap it around the sides of bowl or pot for your protection. Squat over pot. You can also use two small pillows and sit on your knees over the pot. As well as you can use two little chairs on the side and sit over the pot. You will sit or squat for 15- 30 minutes max. Light a candle play some music and relax. Take this time to focus on your intentions, journal, connect with yourself & your womb ! 🤍
Recommended use atleast once before your period and once after. Can be used weekly for best results.
